Kevin Rieger
For several years, the idea of starting my own company has been growing in me. Now I want to turn my hobby into a career. In my free time, I have always planned and organized events for my friends. Of course, I also always enjoyed catering for all the guests. I even stood at the grill at festivals and cooked pasta on it. At first, I was always laughed at, but in the end, everyone always enjoyed it. My role model here is my own father, who always cooked a lot outside and conjured up the best dishes with few and simple ingredients. Because we lived in the country, we always had to be able to plan well in advance.
Over the years I have refined my recipes and ideas in the outdoor sector. This means I can draw on my initial experience in the field of catering and event planning. As a former paramedic, I can handle any stressful situation and can therefore improvise very well.

"I support my husband's plan to start a business, even though I'm initially working more in the background because of our children. I'm mainly bringing in my knowledge from my time as an employee in a hotel. As part of my job there, I was also responsible for the buffets. Varied cold platters and delicious salads are my specialties. In the future, I will take on more tasks in the family business and, for example, take photos at events and help with catering."
Christian Schulze
As a trained electrician and hobby organizer, Christian takes care of our event area, from setup to implementation to dismantling, this is his area of responsibility.
